Yesterday, Mummy feel like eating the "Nian Gao" and ask kaka Tini to prepare. Mummy invent a new way of eating and instruct kaka Tini to cut the "Nian Gao" into stip and wrap with dumpling skin.
The dumpling skin is salty and the "Nian Gao" is sweet. So it compliment the taste of both. Not too sweet :-)NICE!!
So this is another way of having "Nian Gao". Try it out!
